Electional Astrology Consultations
Electional astrology is a branch of horoscopic astrology that used in order to determine auspicious moments to begin new ventures and undertakings in the future.
The premise is that the nature and future of anything that is born or initiated at a specific moment in time is reflected by the positions of the planets at the moment that it begins. The goal of electional astrology, then, is to choose specific planetary alignments in the future that are well-suited for the success of a given undertaking or project that one would like to initiate.
The specific alignment of the planets that is selected in the future is depicted by a diagram known as an electional chart.

My Approach to Electional Astrology
When a client wants to begin something that has particular importance to them, and they have some flexibility as to when to begin this new venture, they can employ my services in order to find an electional chart that would be auspicious for what they are trying to start or accomplish. I will then examine the different configurations of the planets during the general time frame that I have to work with, and then choose a specific date and time for the client to begin this new venture. The end result is the selection of a specific chart that is the most suitable for what they are trying to achieve.
A large part of the process is simply determining an astrologically auspicious day and a time that seems to reflect the same theme as what the client wants to start or do. This involves ensuring that the relevant significators in the chart are in strong positions, and also that the future transits, progressions and time-lords indicate that the project or venture will be able to grow and develop without too many hindrances or obstacles.
Although it is not a requirement, it is sometimes important to examine the birth chart of the client(s) who wants to start the venture, in order to ensure that the electional chart that is chosen works well with their own natal configurations and predispositions. This is more or less important depending on what kind of election is being done. For example, it would be very important to pay attention to the natal charts of the two people involved if I am electing a chart for a marriage, but it would be less important to look at a natal chart if a corporate client is opening up a new coffee shop, or something along those lines.
In all instances it is important that you be very specific about what you would like to achieve or focus on with this new venture, so that the electional chart that is chosen can be directed towards that specific area. Although an electional chart cannot override the basic potential or inherent patterns in a person's natal chart, it can be used to maximize certain strengths and to take advantage of periods of time that are more auspicious for certain endeavors.
How is an electional consultation conducted?
An electional astrology consultation usually consist of a written report that is emailed to the client as a PDF once it is completed. 
The writeup provides you with the date and the time that has been decided upon to start your venture, as well as a detailed explanation as to why I chose that specific date and time from an astrological standpoint, and what the strengths and weaknesses of the venture will be based on the chart that was chosen.
During the process of finding an electional chart I usually come up with a few different possible dates, and all of these are included in the writeup and ranked from most to least auspicious. This will provide you with a few dates to chose from, and the ability to make an informed decision as to which would be the most suitable for what you are trying to accomplish.
Pricing
I charge a flat fee of $75 for an electional writeup, unless the job requires something particularly elaborate, which is rarely the case.
This fee covers the basic electional written report, which is sufficient for most people. For those who would like to schedule an appointment in order to discuss the election, in addition to the written report, there is an additional charge of $45. More details can be found below.
Optional Additional Meeting
Clients also have the option of setting up an additional appointment to speak with me about the election if they would like to do so, although usually this is not necessary once the written report is finished and a decent electional chart has been chosen.
Nonetheless, some people prefer to discuss the details of the election once they are received the written report, and in these cases we can schedule an appointment to speak by telephone, Skype, instant messenger, or in person. These additional meetings regarding the electional chart last for approximately an hour, and there is an additional $45 fee.
Setting up a Consultation
If you would like to employ my services in order to elect a chart for you then please send me an email through the address listed on my contact page that includes the following information:
- A description of the venture or undertaking that you wish to begin, as well as its significance to you.
- The time frame that I have to work within when looking for a suitable date. For example, August 1st through September 7th. Usually the wider the timeframe to work within, the better.
- The days of the week available (i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Friday), or if there are any restrictions on which days of the week can be used.
- Times during a 24 hour period that you can do the election. Some elections must be done during normal business hours during the day, while others do not. This needs to be specified since sometimes the best election on a given day might occur at 2:00 in the morning.
- The location of the election (i.e. city, state, and country).
- Your birth data, or the birth data of any relevant parties that are involved (date, time and place).
When the election is ready I will email you the written report in PDF format, along with the chart for the election and any other relevant documentation. If you would like to schedule an additional appointment to discuss the election further at this point then arrangements can be made at that time.
How is Payment Handled?
Payment is handled through PayPal after you have contacted me about the election and I have agreed to take the job. At that point you can use one of the Paypal 'buy now' buttons located on this page. Please be sure to contact me through the email address listed on the contact page in order to confirm the consultation and to work out the details before paying for it through PayPal.
Paypal is a very easy and secure method of transferring funds over the internet. As part of the ordering process you will be directed to the Paypal website for payment. If you do not already have an account with Paypal then you will be given the option of opening an account with them or making a secure payment using your existing credit card. Both services are free to use and they allow you to send money from your bank account to anyone with an email address in over 40 countries.
