Astrological Consultations I Offer
There are several different applications of horoscopic astrology, and determining which form of astrology would best suit your needs is the first step in setting up a consultation. Below you will find information about the different types of consultations that I offer, as well as information about how the consultations are conducted.
Natal Astrology
Natal astrology is the study of determining information about the course and nature of a person's life based on the positions of the planets at the moment that they were born. This involves the analysis of the client's 'birth chart' or 'natal chart', which is set for the exact date, place and time of their birth. Consultations involving a client's birth chart are useful for determining wide-ranging information about the nature and course of their life. Relationship Analysis
Relationship analysis takes the concept of natal astrology and applies it to interpersonal relationships between individuals by comparing their birth charts to one another. The purpose of this type of analysis it to determine the nature and course of the relationship between the individuals involved. Using horoscopic astrology in order to analyze the relationship between two people through a comparison of their natal charts is often referred to as 'synastry', although there are also other techniques and approaches that are employed in this analysis such as the use of composite charts and the study of relevant transits and time-lord periods that are active during the relationship. Horary Astrology
Horary astrology is a more focused application of horoscopic astrology that is used to answer one specific question by casting a chart for the moment that the astrologer receives the question from a client. While natal astrology is useful for studying a native's life as a whole, horary astrology is useful because it can be much more focused and precise, relying on a more narrow technical framework that only seeks to answer a single important question. Electional Astrology
Electional astrology is used in order to determine auspicious moments to begin new ventures and undertakings. It is a more proactive application of astrology that is used in order to enable a person to take a more participatory role in the unfolding of their own destiny. Electional astrology can be applied to a broad vareity of ventures and undertakings, from something as simple as travelling, to other more serious areas such as getting married or launching a new business venture. How Are The Consultations Conducted?
Consultations are usually conducted over the phone, although they can also be done in person, through Skype, via an instant messenger program online, or simply through a written report that is sent to you as a PDF file via email.
For natal and relationship analysis telephone consultations generally work the best, since they tend to last longer and because the consultation can then be recorded and sent to you as an MP3 afterwards. The results of horary and electional consultations are usually written up and emailed to the client as a PDF file, since less discussion is involved once I have completed my analysis, although there are exceptions.
For every type of consultation you will receive an email with PDF files of the charts involved and any notes that I have taken regarding your case prior to when the actual consultation or discussion takes place.
